Good Day 21 Yr is a blended Canadian Whiskey distilled in 2000, aged for 21 years and finished for 3 months in American Rye barrels. Its an 8 barrel blend of corn and rye whiskey. 97% corn, 2.7% rye, 0.3% malt.

Tasting Notes: Inviting nose of brown sugar and rye-like spices with hints of honey and Vanilla. Taste continues with light caramel, brown sugar and spices with some citrus and dried fruit notes in the finish.
